| Summary | 0001645: There is no HDMI signal when the STB has turned on from sleep mode. | ||||
| Description | There were some patches to fix specific TV issues from BTVV-4698. I requested the test firmware and FXN had released the test firmware. (https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=1496#c11696) And, I and our test engineer tested this firmware and it worked fine. TEST FIRMWARE : http://altserver01.duckdns.org/release_by_fxn/swan_test_image/20230106_mantis1496/ So, I requested FXN to apply these patches to 536 branches. FXN had applied these patches to 536 branches. (https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=1538#c11996) 20230204 DAILY BUILD FIRMWARE : http://altserver01.duckdns.org/release_by_fxn/swan_nightly/SD_IMG/BFX-UA300_20230204_SD_v536r01_D744/ And, I was going to final test using daily build firmware, but there are following issue which was not reproduced with test firmware(1496#c11696). # the issue 1. upgrade the 20230204 daily build firmware and check the STB can boot successfully. 2. sleep the STB 3. wake up the STB and you can see there is no signal in TV I can reproduce this issue with Samsung and LG TV, I think it doesn't related with TV brand. Hi Sangmin, There's the same result after testing. I found out that the root cause is SKBSBLT-191.patch So I confirm that the content of this patch on the test FW is the same as that on the 536 branch The only difference is that TEST FW is on 534 branch and daily build is 536 branch. Dear Dean, I think this issue was resolved by SPTEK. After below commit, the issue was gone.
